  • The workshop is designed to be approximately 2-hours in length. If we happen o finish a bit earlier we can work throug any questions that you may have.

  • You will receive a printed workbook to follow and take notes in — this is yours to take home. We will also provide water, coffee and tea. Ask nicely and we might sneak o a Coke Zero 😉
